Groovy & Power Soca Monarch 2010 Registration
The Cultural Development Foundation announces that registration of artistes for the Power & Groovy Soca Monarch Competitions is now open. Please be guided by the following regulations:
- All participants MUST be registered with a registered Calypso/Soca Tent. Applications will not be accepted from persons not registered with a Calypso/Soca Tent.
- Participants MUST be a citizen of Saint Lucia.
- Registration forms will only be issued through the various Calypso/Soca Tents.
- Competition criteria can be obtained from the management of the various Calypso/Soca Tents.
- The CDF will only accept registrations submitted by the management of the Calypso/Soca Tents.
- Participants MUST submit along with the registration form a vocal and instrumental recording of their song on CD.
- Deadline date for registration is Tuesday, June 15, 2010.
The Groovy & Power Soca Monarch Competitions are scheduled for Saturday, July 3rd & 10th, 2010.
